Refund policy

1. Customization and Returns (General)

Because our items are made-to-order and customized, they are generally non-returnable. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect customization input by the customer, or wrong sizing provided at ordering

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. 

  • Proof required: Please send us a photograph of the damaged or wrong item along with your order number.
  • Solution: We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for the item, including shipping costs. 

3. Return Process

  • Contact: To initiate a return, please email orders@apparelunleashed.com with the subject "Return Request - [Order Number]".
  • Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging. 

4. Refunds

Once the return is processed and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
